GermanPass provides an online platform for studying and preparing for the German citizenship test (Einbürgerungstest). The Service includes:

  • Multi-language support (8 languages)
  • Study mode and exam simulation
  • Mnemonic learning techniques
  • Progress tracking and statistics

3. User Accounts

To access certain features of the Service, you must create an account. You are responsible for:

  • Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
  • All activities that occur under your account
  • Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use

4. Premium Subscription

GermanPass offers a one-time premium purchase that provides:

  • Unlimited access to all questions
  • Mnemonic memory techniques
  • Progress tracking and statistics
  • Mobile app support
  • Ad-free experience

Payment is processed securely through Paddle. All purchases are final and non-refundable except as required by law or as stated in our Refund Policy.

5. User Conduct

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for any illegal purpose
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service
  • Share your account credentials with others
  • Copy, reproduce, or distribute content without permission
  • Use automated systems to access the Service

6. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of the Service are owned by GermanPass and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

  • Using the Service will guarantee passing the citizenship test
