  • Mnemonic learning techniques
  • Progress tracking and statistics

The Service is an independent educational platform and is not associated with any official exam provider or governmental institution.

3. User Accounts

To access certain features of the Service, you must create an account. You are responsible for:

  • Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
  • All activities that occur under your account
  • Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use

4. Premium Subscription

GermanPass offers a one-time premium purchase that provides:

  • Unlimited access to all questions
  • Mnemonic memory techniques
  • Progress tracking and statistics
  • Mobile app support
  • Ad-free experience

Payments are processed securely through Paddle. Customers may request a refund within 14 days of purchase in accordance with our Refund Policy. Refunds are not based on exam results or personal outcomes. The statutory 14-day refund window applies to this purchase.

5. User Conduct

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for any illegal purpose
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service
  • Share your account credentials with others
  • Copy, reproduce, or distribute content without permission
  • Use automated systems to access the Service

6. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of the Service are owned by GermanPass and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties
