At Ew-Co (operating GermanPass), we're confident you'll love our service. However, if for any reason you're not satisfied with your purchase, you can request a full refund within 14 days of your purchase date.

How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, simply contact us within 14 days of your purchase:

  1. Email us at support@germanpass.app
  2. Include "REFUND REQUEST" in the subject line
  3. Provide your order number and the email address used for purchase

We'll process your refund within 5-10 business days. Refunds will be issued to your original payment method.

Refund Processing

Once we receive your refund request:

  • We'll confirm receipt of your request within 24 hours
  • Your refund will be processed within 5-10 business days
  • The refund will appear in your account depending on your payment provider (typically 3-5 business days)
  • Your premium access will be revoked upon refund processing

After the 14-Day Period

After 14 days from your purchase date, all sales are final. We cannot offer refunds for purchases made more than 14 days ago.

However, if you experience technical issues with the Service at any time, please contact our support team and we'll work to resolve the problem.

EU Consumer Rights

For customers in the European Union: By purchasing and immediately accessing digital content, you expressly agree to immediate performance and acknowledge that you will lose your right of withdrawal once the content has been fully performed.

However, you still have the right to request a refund within 14 days of purchase under this policy.
